LJ COURIER SERVICE maintains insurance coverage consistent with hospital, laboratory, blood bank, and transplant-center requirements. Coverage includes:
- Commercial Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit (CSL) Coverage applies to all vehicles used in medical transport operations.
- Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate Coverage applies to bodily injury, property damage, and contractual liability.
- Cargo & Biological Materials Coverage: $25,000 – $50,000 per occurrence Coverage applies to medical specimens, blood products, human tissue, and related materials.
- Umbrella / Excess Liability: $1,000,000 excess coverage Provides additional liability protection above primary policies.
